Project Management
Pre-Con places a great deal of emphasis on having a strong Project Management team. Their expertise enables Pre-Con to service Customers in a professional manner offering single source contact, prompt responses and cost efficient options during project development and construction. Project Management is also responsible for servicing Customers for completed precast buildings that require tenant modifications, emergency repairs or structural expansions. Project Management’s facilitation of information flow provides our Customers with confidence that Pre-Con’s work will be carried out on time and on budget
